The Kalinga was Al Buck's brainchild as the ultimate symbol of quality in a hunting knife. Originally introduced in Spring 1970, the Kalinga was destined to be Buck's premium hunting knife. Today's Kalinga is a rebirth of the classic - it replicates the original styling coupled with technology of today. Both folder and fixed-blade feature an impressive upswept Kalinga blade matched with a contoured handle, accentuated with the finger grooves and integrated guard. The steel frame handle has textured nylon sides for a secure grip. For the finishing touch, Buck uses Realtree Hardwoods Green HD camo on the handle and matching camo sheath.
