2 Line tang stamp made prior to 1967

Black Phenolic Handle

This was made in the 1960's when Buck used 440C in their knives-I assume the hatchet is the same

Comes with black leather factory sheath

10 1/2" Overall

4 1/8" Head length

Cutting edge  2 3/4" across

This one is very nice-it does show some very light scratching on the blade but it does not stick out-you have to turn it in the light to see it

It is VERY VERY NICE-better than most I have seen for the age

Very rare and hard to find especially in this condition
