This is a RG 73 Rigid Apache Knife customized by David Yellowhorse-it was sold though United Cutlery-I found it in the 2002 and 2003 United catalogs
Desert ironwood handles with nickel silverbolsterfeature channel inlay of turquoise, red coral, blue lapis, white bone and nickel silver inlay of an 18-wheeler.
Serial number 119 but not sure how many were made
